Jim Clayton, Senior Pastor

Jim has been the Senior Pastor of CrossRoads Community Church since 1999.  For 35 years, Pastor Jim has been involved in pastoral ministries as an associate and senior pastor.  He is a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary.  He is an effective communicator with a gift of humor and a pastors heart.  He has given much energy through the years developing programs for both new and maturing Christians.

Nancy Clayton, Associate Pastor

Nancy is currently the Associate Pastor at CrossRoads Community Church.  She directs our children's ministries and works extensively with our Spanish congregation, Casa de Dios.  Pastor Nancy has a teaching degree from Northwest Nazarene University and a Masters of Religion from Point Loma Nazarene University and is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene.

Carol  Van Buskirk, Lay Minister

Carol joined us in 2009 as our lay minister in charge of adult discipleship and spiritual formation.  Some other duties include the areas of communication, marketing, assimilation and counseling.  She graduated Point Loma Nazarene University in 1979 with a B.A. in Business Education and a Secondary Teaching Credential, and graduated Fuller Theological Seminary in 2005 with a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership with a concentration in Ministry of the Laity.
